15-minute introduction
Via Google Meet or FaceTime. We check whether online lessons suit you, what you want to learn, and how we will approach it. No performance, just real contact.
We get started
A fixed day, a fixed time. Weekly or every two weeks. I see your posture, I hear your timing, I give feedback. The lesson is the same as in the studio.
What you need
Not much. You probably already have it.
Stable internet
Regular home wifi. No fibre required — but something more stable than 4G on your phone.
Device with camera
Laptop, tablet or phone. Position it so I can clearly see both you and the drum kit.
A drum kit
Acoustic or electronic — both work. E-drum with headphones is perfect. No drum kit? We will talk about it.

Online lessons are not a cheaper version. They are a different form of the same quality — personal guidance, fixed lesson times, the same approach.

Who is Stefan?
I am Stefan van de Brug. I have been teaching drums for more than twenty years — in the studio in The Hague and online.
My online lessons are not a fallback solution. They are for people who do not live in The Hague, who want to avoid travel time, or who simply prefer playing in their own rhythm at home. It works — for real.
Drumschool Stefan van de Brug has more than a hundred active students per week. A significant number follow online lessons. I see the results every week.
