    Drum lessonsfor children.

Playful, safe and at their own pace. A place where your child can just be themselves.

    What drumming
    actually does.

When a child sits behind the drum kit, body, ears and mind all work together at once. They learn something about timing, patience and confidence. About concentration and relaxation. About what they can do and what they dare to try.

Those lessons happen naturally. They're built into the drumming itself.

    Safety as a foundation

Children learn best when they feel safe. Calm space, patient teacher, consistent lesson structure. No pressure. Within that safety there's room for play and mistakes.

    Seeing who your child is

We don't adapt to a plan, but to the child in front of us. Wild or quiet, fast or careful — it doesn't matter. Growth starts with truly seeing who you're dealing with.

    Playful and clear

We sing, we dance, we make noise. But we're also clear about what we're doing and why. Play and learning don't exclude each other — they reinforce each other.

    Every lesson

    What a lesson
    looks like.

Every lesson lasts 30 or 45 minutes. Your child plays. The teacher listens, guides and adjusts. No tests, no performance pressure — just structure and rhythm.

    Which children
    is this for?

We work with children from around age six. What 'ready' means differs per child. During the trial lesson we'll figure that out together.

    6 – 8 years

Short lessons of 30 minutes. Playful, varied, low-threshold. It's about discovering the feeling of drumming. Technique comes later — first, the enjoyment.

    9 – 12 years

More concentration, more motivation to learn specific things. We go deeper into technique and timing, but always with space for what the child wants themselves.

    Teenagers (13+)

Their own musical preferences, their own goals. Band, technique, music education — we listen to what they need and build from there.

    Neurodiversity

    Drumming and
    ADD / ADHD.

Drumming demands focus, but it also gives focus. Many children with ADD or ADHD experience in the studio for the first time what it feels like to be fully present. The rhythm holds them.

We adjust the pace, keep lessons predictable in structure, and know when to push forward and when to slow down. Our teachers have worked with neurodiverse students for years — it's not the exception, it's part of how we teach.

    Consistent structure

Every lesson follows the same format. This gives grounding to children who benefit from predictability.

    Pace tailored to your child

We match the tempo. Fast when possible, calm when needed. No standard protocol.

    Familiar territory

Years of experience with ADD, ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergence. Not a special case — just our normal work.
